Is the score of 6-10 for a passing grade given to the employers when you are trying to find a job or maybe even for a scholarship...or is that score simply for yourself?

Your score is simply for you. Whether a prospective employer asks you for your grade slip or not does not change that fact. According to the SOA, the only thing that is public information is the fact that you passed an exam on a certain date. Nothing else is released.
