Responsibilities:

·This position will report to the CFO and work in close collaboration with the CFO, the Chief Research Officer, the COO and other members of the executive team.
·The individual will track and monitor the performance of the pilot against the program’s requirements, identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to strategic program design and innovation in order to maximize GRH’s competitive position in the Medicare Health Support program nationally.
·The Director will be responsible for producing and tracking all of the cost and utilization statistics for the population, performing analyses and comparisons of the intervention and control groups, conducting data mining and modeling of new intervention and outreach opportunities, linking cost and utilization information and insights to operational and clinical outcomes, and producing information required for the pilot.
·This person will work in concert with the GRH executive team, as well as Pfizer Health Solutions and Humana management to develop information and presentations that demonstrate GRH’s impact and results.


Qualifications:

·Applicants should be an FSA or near-FSA with at least five years of actuarial experience, with a focus on health care and and/or experience in the analysis of clinical programs.
·Applicants should have seasoned communication skills, including verbal, interpersonal, written and negotiation competencies.
·Their experience must include proven capabilities to develop, analyze and report information in a variety of settings with differing audiences.
·Applicants should have strong knowledge of metric development, statistical analysis and data mining methodologies.
·Applicants must also demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively across multi-functional teams which together are managing to strict metrics under aggressive timelines.
·Experience with SQL, SAS, Excel and Access is required, as is knowledge of healthcare systems, health plans, and/or disease management.
·Experience with risk based, performance based contracts, CMS and/or start up ventures is a plus.
·Total compensation package is commensurate with experience.
