Responsibilities:
·This position provides analysis and recommendations to the Small Commercial Operations Directors. Further responsibilities include:
·Competitor analysis and development of strategies to win against key competitors.
·Analysis of rate and product needs. Work closely with the ratemaking units to negotiate and implement the changes.
·Develop territorial business plans (PCP) with Operations Directors.
·Provide consultative analysis and recommendations to the Operations Directors and Regional Offices on a variety of issues affecting Small Commercial.
·Develop metrics and measures for monitoring results against Plan.
·Analysis of commercial program business with the division.
Qualifications:
·Strong technical and analytical skills.
·Knowledge of advanced actuarial techniques and Commercial Lines pricing methodologies is desired.
·Good customer relationship skills and demonstrate creativity and innovation.
·Bachelors degree with advanced level courses in math, science or finance.
·FCAS or ACAS desired though not required.
·Strong technical skills as demonstrated by accomplishments and career progression.
·5 + years of Property and Casualty experience.
