RESPONSIBITIES:
-Soliciting and analyzing reinsurance bids
-Negotiating issues with reinsurers
-Preparing Letters of Intent and Treaties
-Documenting reinsurance rules and procedures.
-This position will require the associate to think through and analyze problems.
-The associate should possess strong mathematical and analytical skills.
-This position requires the candidate to develop relationships with many internal and external partners.
- It is important that the candidate has strong interpersonal skills.
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Undergraduate degree in a mathematics, finance, or accounting related field preferred.
-Aptitude for math and strong analytical skills.
-Strong oral and written communication skills.
-Strong interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Strong attention to detail.
-Firm working knowledge of MS Excel and Word.
