RESPONSIBITIES
-Review and reporting of TCM risk limits; Understanding of Equity Risk Pricing Policy and changes to Hedge programs ultimately communicating to TCM Portfolio Management Teams.
-Leads the preparation and interpretation of actuarial information for presentation to management.
-Substantial modeling activities to develop and analyze strategies involving capital, hedging or reinsurance among others; with potential to aid model development and consistency.
-Working with Corporate Division coordinating requests across product lines such as sensitivities for multiple projects.
-Assist in managing studies that underlie actuarial assumptions and provides assumptions and data to others.
-May assist in serving as a key resource for completion of one or more major recurring projects during the course of the year.
-May supervise one employee with the authority to hire and fire.
-Responsible for writing and delivering a performance review and providing guidance and direction to the employee.
QUALIFICATIONS:
-FSA or equivalent professional designation along with Bachelor's Degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or related field and 7 years of relevant experience.
-In lieu of Bachelors, will accept Masters in a listed discipline and 5 years of relevant experience.
-In lieu of FSA will accept ASA or equivalent professional designation and 12 years of relevant experience.
