RESPONSIBITIES


-Prepare, analyze, research, and communicate actuarial services for defined benefit pension plans of small/moderate size and moderate difficulty.
-Use technical skills to do research and calculations



QUALIFICATIONS:


-Bachelor's degree in mathematics or related field, or equivalent.
-Minimum of 1-2 years of work related experience required.
-Knowledge of actuarial mathematics, which could include probability and statistics, numerical analysis, and compound interest, is preferred.
-Good analytical, communication, organizational and prioritization, and decision-making skills. --Ability to complete detailed work accurately.
-Knowledge of spreadsheet and database or similar PC software packages, or the ability to learn, is preferred.
-Aptitude in programming languages is preferred.
