Identify, assess, mitigate and monitor risks across the company in partnership the company’s Risk Management Steering Committee and numerous other enterprise-wide risk experts.&lt;br&gt;- Perform updates and on going enhancements to internal economic capital framework. &lt;br&gt;- Promote, train and educate Economic Capital framework across company.&lt;br&gt;- Maintain and continually enhance Enterprise Risk Management framework consisting of risk identification, assessment, mitigation and monitoring at an enterprise-wide level.&lt;br&gt;- Participate and provide leadership in Risk Management Steering Committee and other risk oriented teams. &lt;br&gt;- Interact with individuals in business and corporate functions to better understand and manage specific risks.&lt;br&gt;- Perform research and analysis to support major enhancements to existing Economic Capital framework including methodology and adverse scenario development. &lt;br&gt;- Liaise with Corporate Modeling for in force Economic Capital and EV calculations, and pricing teams for new business opportunities. &lt;br&gt;- Partner with Finance to assess capital needs and usage across enterprise, including analysis of rating agency capital models.
