Responsibilities:
·This position will work with customers across the country to understand their rating formulas and factors and implement them within the application.
·In addition, the candidate may work with customers to develop underwriting management strategies and will be involved in helping determine future product enhancements.
Qualifications
·BS degree in Finance, Business, Mathematics, Health Services or equivalent.
·5+ years of professional analytic experience including 3+ years (minimum) of healthcare experience
·FSA or ASA certification
·Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients
·Highly organized and capable of meeting multiple project deadlines with minimal supervision
·Results-oriented and motivated by new challenges and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
·Reasonable success with actuarial exams (if taking exams).
·Strong knowledge of computer software including Microsoft Office and database tools as needed.
·Experience working with health plan experience information is preferred.
·Current ability (or projected to develop within six months) to assist in management of projects for clients.
