Responsibilities:
·Pension plan design.
·Annual pension and/or post retirement medical plan vaulations.
·Forecasting.
·Asset/liability modeling.
·Experience studies.
·Solving other retirement-related client issues.
Qualifications
·Must have at least 5 years experience in retirement consulting with recent experience providing administrative and some strategic level consulting.
·Understand design, financing, communication and administration of retirement plans.
·Demonstrated ability to successfully develop new business with exisiting clients.
·Strong business sense including the ability to evaluate pricing of services, recognize and respond to a competitive market.
·High enery individual looking for a dynamic, growth oriented environment.
·Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with clients.
·Ability to work well with other team members, and to provide leadership.
·Degree in actuarial science, statistics, mathematics, finance or business.
·FSA or ASA, and EA designation preferred.
