| Position: Actuarial Analyst

Responsibilities:
·Perform annual pension (qualified and nonqualified) and possibly post retirement medical valuations for a variety of clients which include manipulating data, analyzing data, determining plan liabilities, reconciling plan assets, and determining funding requirements.
·Determine FAS 87 and FAS 106 plan expenses and disclosures.
·Complete plan reporting and filing requirements.
·Perform plan administrative tasks such as completing/reviewing benefit calculations, reviewing plan documents and SPDs, and producing benefit statements.
·Assist with special project requests.
·Responsible for meeting billable hours targets and total work expectations defined by client.
·Prepare initial (near-final) drafts of a majority of correspondence on routine actuarial services.
Qualifications
·Two to eight years prior work experience as an actuarial analyst with retirement plans, or other relevant business experience
·Enthusiastic and hard working individuals are sought to be part of a growing practice
·Preference to associates sitting for exams and pursuing ASA or FSA designations
·Good oral and written communicational skills; ability to communicate effectively with clients
·Good team player; dedicated to adding value for external and internal customers
·Experience with actuarial valuation software, Excel, and Word (Access is a plus)
