Responsibilities:
·set standards of quality for clients' retirement consulting services
·ensure that the Peer Review Policy is being followed by all associates working on the client project
·manage client assignments, consistent with time, budget and quality objectives
·provide technically sound problem-solving advice in the area of retirement consulting services
·work to expand client relationship within retirement consulting services
·work to streamline and standardize processes; offer suggestions for possible improvements
·identify and stay within time budgets
·meet agreed-upon internal and external deadlines
·keep up-to-date on client issues
Qualifications
·At least 2-3 years of pension industry experience
·ASA or near ASA
·Strong knowledge of regulatory, CICA and/or FASB requirements
·Effective Project Management skills
·Strong written and oral communication skills
·Strong analytical and problem solving skills
·Ability to work well independently
·Ability to think creatively, while still attending to detail
·Ability to work and contribute in a team environment under tight deadlines
·Ability to interact effectively with both internal and external contacts
·Ability to direct and supervise work of students
·Strong computer programming and technical skills
