Responsibilities:
·Defining the scope, formulating the approach and methodology and drafting proposals for consulting engagements.
·Leading large consulting projects such as: valuations, mergers & acquisitions, benefit strategy and plan design, executive benefits, regulatory compliance and nondiscrimination testing.
·Interacting with clients on a daily basis and making in-person presentations.
Qualifications
·Five or more years of experience with Defined Benefit plans.
·Ideal candidate will have A.S.A., E.A. or F.S.A., E.A. credentials.
·ERISA and FAS 87 experience.
·Knowledge of FAS 88 and FAS 106 is desired.
·Solid skills in retirement strategies along with a strong track record in client communication, project management and staff development.
·Demonstrated ability to work in and lead project teams.
