Responsibilities:
·Lead and/or participate in actuarial valuation projects within an internal service center for the US Retirement Practice.
·Oversee a diverse team of pension analysts and senior analysts, providing training, performance guidance and checking of work product.
·Manage ClientFirst expectations and results with client team.
·Effectively manage clients, projects, and team members to meet or exceed client expectations.
·Act as a mentor and role model for junior associates and assist with or provide leadership.
Qualifications:
·BA/BS Degree and 5-7 plus years of experience working with pension plans.
·Understand design, financing, communication, and administration of retirement plans.
·Strong project management skills required.
·Excellent oral and written communications skills; ability to communicate effectively with clients.
