Responsibilities:
·The purpose of the department is assisting in the safeguards of company assets, providing timely and accurate external reporting, optimizing cash flows, presenting financial analysis of trends and key issues and enhancing shareholder value. ·The Financial Analyst will develop, maintain and analyze operational and statistical data to be used for business analysis in the Regional Office. ·The ideal candidate will create models to track financial data and prepare written narratives and/or presentations to explain the outcomes of this data to management and peers. ·The ideal candidate will also support the implementation of strategic team objectives. ·Management may also request this individual to provide feedback in identifying the strategic financial direction for the Regional Office.
Qualifications ·This is an entry-level position, hence the ideal candidate will have 0-2 years of experience. ·Previous experience in a financial internship or in a finance department is preferred. ·The successful candidate must possess exceptional oral and written communication skills as he/she will be interacting with internal and external customers. ·A college degree with an emphasis in Finance and a minimum GPA of at least 3.5 is preferred. ·The ideal candidate must possess intermediate skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint. ·This individual will have the ability to multi-task and exhibit effective time management and organizational skills. ·In order to advance the ideal individual may have to rotate to different geographical areas throughout the United States during their career at the company.
