Responsibilities:
·As an Actuarial Associate, you may be directed to perform a variety of actuarial studies, reporting functions, and analyses related to the life and annuity business lines.
Qualifications
·Bachelors degree in related discipline (actuarial science, math, statistics) strongly preferred
·Completion of at least one SOA exam, prior related experience or internship preferred.
·Proven organizational skills including excellent time management and the ability to handle multiple concurrent assignments
·Strong interpersonal skills in order to work well in a team environment, along with excellent written and verbal communications to interact with a wide variety of internal and external contacts
·Proven analytical skills, with strong detail orientation
·Proficient with Microsoft applications, and some programming (C++, Visual Basic, Basic) knowledge preferred
