RESPONSIBITIES:
-Analyze experience reports and manual rate analyses, analyze trend, investigate cost and utilization patterns.
-Develop significant expertise in Medicare compliance matters.
-Act as liaison to the IT department to ensure that effective rating systems are in place.
-Design, develop and manage special actuarial studies and projects on topics such as new business adequacy, renewal adequacy, persistency, and the development of pure premium estimates from loss distribution modeling and analysis
QUALIFICATIONS:

-You are good at organizing and managing multiple priorities and/or projects by using appropriate methodologies and tools.
-You introduce new ideas and processes which improve performance and productivity.
-You are a problem solver with the ability to encourage others in collaborative problem solving. Acting as both a broker and consultant regarding resources, you engage others in problem solving without taking over.
-Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Mathematics, Statistics or a related field.
-Strong written and oral communication skills.
-Advanced knowledge and experience with data analysis and reporting.
-Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Access.
