PRIMARY JOB OBJECTIVES
?Take a lead role in the development, rate making and filing of all traditional and non-traditional products.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
?Overall management of product filing and pricing, acting as lead contact with the Marketing Department, serving on cross-functional teams in support of overall product initiatives, setting trend, performing financial projections and actuarial analysis on existing and new products.
?Drive the whole product development process and implementation, and work closely with different departments in delivering an optimal design for the appropriate channel for all traditional and non-traditional products.
?Coordinate regional product promotion efforts as well as formulate sales strategy and sales presentations to ensure sales channel penetration and optimal market coverage
?Assist to ensure that pricing meets with corporate pricing standards while understanding the business units’ key objectives
?Conducting market research and analysis

?Increase market awareness of company and strengthen the market position of company by developing unique and innovative products
?Initiate and develop products that meet business need and on schedule to improve customer satisfaction and ultimately, business growth
?Ability to work under tight deadlines as well as adaptable to changing priorities.
?Ability to work closely with other team members and other departments
ATTRIBUTES/SKILLS/SOUGHT REQUIRED
?At least 8 years solid product development and marketing experience in Major Life Insurance Company
?Strong communication, analytical, and problem solving skills with equal balance.
?Demonstrated leadership skills.
?Broad knowledge of management and industry practices in Taiwan.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
?Qualified actuary.
?Able to sign for new product filing in Taiwan.
?More than 10 years of working experience relating to product development.
?Good PC skills, familiar with Prophet System are a plus.
?Fluent in both written/spoken English, Mandarin Chinese.
