Qualifications
·A Fellowship in the Society of Actuaries,
·At least 5 years actuarial experience in a healthcare environment
·Strong analytical, communication (written and oral), and project management skills
·Leadership traits with the ability to manage client projects, coordinate deadlines and ensure compliance with quality procedures and client satisfaction, and
·Dynamic people skills with the desire to be a consultant and develop a successful client base through networking, writing articles, speaking engagements and other marketing methods.
·3 years of actuarial consulting and client management experience related to healthcare
·Ability to “hit the ground running” with an existing / potential client base
·Staff management and mentoring experience
