Responsibilities:
·Pricing individual life insurance products.
·Performing research designed to determine actual policy experience.
·Assisting in valuation of life insurance products.
·Performing cash flow studies to determine the effects of various economic changes on company profitability.
·Becoming involved in studies relating to agency compensation.
Requirements:
·Successful completion of at least 1 actuarial exam.
·Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or Statistics is strongly desired.
·Overall GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher.
·Strong logical analysis and problem solving skills.
·Strong oral and written communication skills.
·Strong desire and commitment to pursue the actuarial exams towards the attainment of the FSA designation.
